Moda Cabo only accepts returns for products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise at customerservice@modacabo.com and provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Description of the defect or damage
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
Returns will only be accepted after authorization from Moda Cabo. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than verified defects or damage upon delivery, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect size, color, or personal preference
Normal wear and tear
Improper use, washing, or handling
Damage occurring after delivery
If a return request is approved, Moda Cabo may offer, at its sole discretion:
A replacement product, or
A refund issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Failure to report defects within the 7-day period voids eligibility for any return, replacement, or refund.
