1. Wholesale Sales

Products offered by Moda Cabo are intended for wholesale purposes. Moda Cabo reserves the right to refuse sales that do not meet wholesale requirements or minimum order conditions.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before order processing begins.

Moda Cabo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice.

3. Order Processing and Handling

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Handling and order preparation may take approximately 3 business days before shipment.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped through third-party carriers. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Moda Cabo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other external factors.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products upon delivery and must comply with the Return Policy – Defective Products Only.

By contacting Moda Cabo via email or WhatsApp, you consent to receive communications electronically regarding orders, support, and related matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moda Cabo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of any product.

Moda Cabo is not responsible for resale pricing, marketing claims, or representations made by buyers to third parties.
